3M Car Care Studio - Car Detailing, Ceramic Coating and PPF, Goregaon East

Recently got the sun protection flim done Cr-70 & 90, I am very happy with job done, my car was picked and dropped in proper condition.

I would like express my review about the experience with the 3M, located at Goregaon East, Mumbai. I had purchased a New Vehicle and wanted to have PPF and ceramic coating done for my car. From the 3M site I checked the names of Dealers in the Western Suburbs. As a casual enquiry, I made a call to the given number and spoke to their Executive Mr. Ravi Mohandas. In our first conversation, I felt very comfortable and developed trust about my future dealing with them. I personally visited the workshop and discussed on my requirements with Mr. Ravi. I realized that, the entire talk was based on understanding my needs providing thoughtful suggestions. It was not a typical sales oriented did not feel marketing gimmick. The entire approach of the team was supportive and based with valid practical suggestions. The entire work was done with utmost care and 3M brand expertise. The very next day of taking the delivery of my car, a there was a minor accident. The trailing vehicle slightly bruised against my car causing a visible scratch on the film. I was glad that, due the film there was no apparent damage to the paint of the vehicle. I immediately took the vehicle to the 3M Car Care team and after inspection, they confirmed that, there was no damage to the paint. The entire team Ravi extended excellent co-operation and expressed that sometimes such incidents occur. I was also glad that, I had gone in for paint protection film for enduring care of my vehicle. Since, it was a small patch, they replaced the film and to my astonishment, they did not charge me for the services. My compliments to the team 3M Car Care of Goregaon and certainly feel that they work to build relation with customers. My compliments for going out of the way and not having only commercial attitude. I would strongly recommend this workshop to any person who loves to take special care for his car. Rajesh Inamdar
