    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had purchased the 2-year Ceramic Coating Package for my Tata Nexon from the 3M Car Care Studio in Aundh in May. When my booster coating was due in November, I visited the Aundh studio only to find that it had permanently closed. I was genuinely worried as several scheduled coatings were still pending under my package, and it took me some time to find another nearby 3M studio. When I visited the 3M Car Care Studio at Balewadi, the team was extremely welcoming and understanding. Even though my coating schedule had gone overdue by about a month due to the closure of the Aundh studio, they honoured my package without any hesitation and carried out the coating with complete professionalism and attention to detail. A special thanks to Saurabh, who immediately put all my concerns to rest. Seeing that I was worried about missing my scheduled coatings, he assured me, “Why worry? I’m here.” Those simple words gave me complete confidence that my car was in safe hands. He ensured that I wouldn’t face any issues because of circumstances beyond my control and handled everything seamlessly.
