Right from my first enquiry, everything was explained very clearly—what kind of cleaning was needed, what would be done, and why. During the process, I was also regularly shared videos of the cleaning, which gave a lot of confidence and transparency. What stood out the most was that Harshal Potdar, who runs this place, personally attended to the work and made sure everything was done in the best possible way. That personal involvement really shows in the final result. The car looked and felt fresh, clean, and well cared for—exactly what you expect from professional detailing.
